Long before SOL existed as a company, our founders were on exhibition floors — designing, fabricating and installing stands for global brands at trade shows across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Those years taught us exactly where exhibition projects go wrong: designs that can't actually be built, workshops that miss deadlines, and exhibitors left chasing five different suppliers the week before a show opens.

In 2014, that experience became SOL Group — a design-and-build company created around one principle: keep everything in-house. Our own designers, our own carpenters and metal fabricators, our own printers, electricians and site supervisors. When the same team that designs a stand also builds and installs it, accountability never gets lost in a handover.

The group grew into a family of brands serving exhibitors on both sides of the Atlantic — SOL Germany opened in 2015 for the European show circuit, and Exhibitrentals.com followed in 2017 for the US market. Our leadership had been delivering stands for clients exhibiting at GCC shows for years, and in 2022 we made it official: SOL Dubai opened, with a fully owned fabrication facility in Al Quoz and a delivery team on the ground. In 2026 we added London Exhibition Company for the UK circuit.

Today, SOL Dubai builds everything from 9 sqm modular booths to double-decker stands and country pavilions — at GITEX, Gulfood, Arab Health, ADIPEC, Big 5 and every major show in the region. Every project is pre-built in our own facility before it ships to the venue, every client gets a single dedicated project manager, and every quote is itemised with no hidden costs. That is the way we learned to work in fifteen-plus years on show floors, and it is the only way we work now.

Every stand is pre-built before it ships. Your stand is assembled in full at our facility, photographed and walked through with you — panel by panel — before it is packed for the venue. Problems get solved in the workshop, where they are cheap to fix, never on the show floor the night before opening. It is the single biggest reason our installations run quietly.

One project manager, start to finish. Whether your stand is 9 sqm or 900 sqm, one person owns your project from the first brief to dismantling. You never repeat yourself to a new department, and you always know exactly who to call. During the show itself, an on-site supervisor stays present through build-up, all show days and breakdown, handling touch-ups and last-minute changes on the spot.

Itemised pricing, no surprises. Every quotation lists what each element costs — structure, graphics, furniture, AV, electrical, logistics. The price you approve is the price you pay. If your scope changes, the quote changes visibly, line by line, so you are never reconciling a mystery invoice after the show closes.

Built to be used again. Our modular systems are engineered for repeat use across different shows and stand sizes, and for custom builds we specify recyclable aluminium framing and LED lighting throughout, with storage available between shows. A stand that works hard for three years is better value — and better sense — than one that goes to the skip after three days.
