Exhibition Stand Design in Dubai

Photorealistic 3D exhibition stand design built around your brand, your products and the way visitors actually move through a show — then fabricated in our own Dubai workshop, so the render and the real stand match.

Exhibition stand design that’s built to be built

A beautiful render is worthless if it cannot be fabricated to budget. The advantage of designing with a company that also builds is that every concept we draw is grounded in what our Dubai workshop can actually produce — so the stand you fall in love with on screen is the stand that opens, not a watered-down version after value-engineering.

Good stand design is not decoration; it is behaviour. We design around the questions that decide a show: where the eye lands from the aisle, what pulls a visitor in, where they pause, where the conversation happens and where your product is the hero. Branding, lighting, traffic flow and demo zones are planned together, not bolted on.

Whether you call it stand design, booth design or stall design, the work is the same: a concept that earns attention on a crowded floor and a set of drawings that can be approved and built without surprises. We design for shows at Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City, Expo Centre Sharjah and across the GCC.

Good design also has to survive the specific physics of a show hall, which is where studio-only designers often come unstuck. Hall lighting is harsh and uneven, ceilings are high, aisles are noisy and visitors are moving and distracted. A design that looks elegant on a clean white render can disappear under those conditions. We design for the real environment — contrast that reads under hall lighting, height that claims attention above the crowd, and a single message legible at speed from the aisle — because we have watched our stands perform on hundreds of real floors and designed accordingly.

What We Build

What stand design with SOL Dubai covers

Design that runs from first concept to approval-ready drawings, all under one team.

Concept & moodboard

A creative direction for the stand — look, materials, lighting and the single idea that makes it memorable.

Photorealistic 3D renders

Visuals that show height, lighting, finishes and visitor flow so you can see the stand before committing.

Space planning

Layout designed around traffic, dwell points, meeting areas and where your product is the hero.

Branding & graphics

Large-format graphics, lightboxes and signage designed to read from across the hall.

Technical drawings

The approved look engineered into production and approval-ready drawings for your venue.

Design-to-build handover

Because we fabricate in-house, the design moves straight into production with nothing lost.

How It Works

From brief to approved design

A clear path from your objectives to a 3D concept you can sign off with confidence.

  1. Discovery — we map your brand, products, objectives and the visitor behaviour of your specific show before a line is drawn.
  2. Concept & 3D design — photorealistic renders show height, lighting, traffic flow, demo zones and where the eye lands from the aisle.
  3. Revisions — we refine layout, materials and branding with you until the visual matches exactly how you want to be seen.
  4. Technical drawings — the approved look is engineered into production and approval-ready drawings for your venue.
  5. Build & pre-build approval — the design is fabricated in our Dubai workshop and reviewed before it ships.
  6. Install & on-site — installation, supervision through the show and dismantling, all under one team.
Why SOL Dubai

Design and build under one roof

The split most exhibitors regret is hiring a design studio and a separate builder. The studio draws something striking, the builder quotes it, and the gap between the two becomes your problem — usually a cheaper, blunter version of the concept you approved. Designing and building under one roof closes that gap.

Our designers sit next to the workshop that will fabricate the stand. They know exactly what a finish costs, how a structure is engineered and what can be built in the time you have. So the concept is ambitious and buildable at the same time, and the quotation behind it is real, not a placeholder that balloons later.

Insider Tips

Getting a stand design that performs

01

Brief the goal, not the look

Tell us what the stand must achieve — leads, launches, meetings — before describing how it should look. The best designs solve the objective first.

02

Design from the aisle in

Most visitors decide in three seconds from the aisle. Prioritise the sightline and the one message that reads from a distance over interior detail no one sees until they are already in.

03

Plan demo and meeting zones early

Where products are shown and deals are discussed should shape the layout from the first sketch, not be squeezed in later.

04

Choose a designer who builds

A render you cannot afford to build is a waste. Designing with the builder keeps the concept honest and the quote real.

Experience

Designing for Dubai’s major shows

We design stands that respect each venue’s rules while standing out on its floor.

We design for shows including GITEX Global, Gulfood, Arab Health (WHX), Big 5 Global, Beautyworld Middle East and Intersec, at Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai and Expo Centre Sharjah. Every design accounts for the venue’s height, rigging and approval rules so the concept survives contact with reality.

Whatever the sector — technology, food, healthcare, construction, beauty or energy — we tailor the design language to the audience and the show, so a healthcare stand reads as clinical and trustworthy while a beauty stand reads as premium and tactile. The design always starts from who you need to attract.

FAQ

Exhibition stand design questions

How much does exhibition stand design cost in Dubai?
Design is included when SOL Dubai builds your stand — you get a free 3D concept with every quotation. Builds start at AED 950/sqm modular and AED 1,650/sqm custom. Standalone design-only work is quoted on request.
Will I see a 3D render before committing?
Yes. Every project includes a photorealistic 3D concept showing height, lighting, finishes and visitor flow, so you can see and refine the stand before any build commitment.
What is the difference between stand, booth and stall design?
In this market they mean the same thing — the exhibition structure you display from. We use the terms interchangeably; the design process is identical.
Can you design to our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. We design from your brand guidelines, or develop a fresh booth-specific visual identity if you prefer, then carry it through every graphic and surface.
Do you only design, or also build?
Both, under one roof. Designing with the team that fabricates means the render is grounded in real cost and moves straight into production.
How many design revisions do I get?
We refine the concept with you until the layout, materials and branding match how you want to be seen — revisions are part of the process, not an add-on.
Can you adapt a global stand design for a Dubai show?
Yes. We value-engineer and re-draw a concept from another market so it meets DWTC, Expo City or ADNEC build rules.
