Owning a custom stand only makes sense if you exhibit often and store it well. For brands that show once or twice a year, rental is smarter money: you get a premium, fully branded stand for the show, then hand it back — no storage, no refurbishment, no capital tied up in a structure sitting in a warehouse.
A SOL Dubai rental is not a generic shell. We start from a reusable modular system and customise it fully with your graphics, lighting, flooring, furniture and AV, so it reads as a bespoke stand, not a hired one. The system underneath is what keeps the cost down; the finish on top is what makes it look like yours.
Rentals run from a 9 sqm shell upgrade to a 60 sqm island, and everything — design, graphics, install and dismantle — is included in one rate. You arrive to a finished stand and leave it to us to strike.
Rental also de-risks the logistics that catch out stand owners. When you own a custom build, you are responsible for storing it safely between shows, transporting it without damage, refurbishing tired graphics and parts, and disposing of it when it dates. Each of those is a cost and a point of failure. With a rental, all of it sits with us: the structure lives in our facility, is maintained by our team, and is reconfigured fresh for each show. You carry none of the asset risk and simply specify the stand you want for the next event.
