Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) is one of the world's largest sustainability gatherings, hosted by Masdar at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. The 2027 edition runs 10–14 January 2027. ADSW is an umbrella week bringing together the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) — its exhibition centrepiece — the ADSW Summit, the Zayed Sustainability Prize, Youth 4 Sustainability and dedicated forums on water, finance and the Global South.

Running since 2008, ADSW convenes heads of state, ministers, investors, innovators and operators across renewables, clean energy, hydrogen, water, climate technology and sustainable mobility, with tens of thousands of participants from across the world. 3. Costing and approval — a fixed, fully itemised quotation covering structure, materials and cross-emirate logistics.
4. Venue approvals and technical drawings — structural and electrical submissions prepared for ADNEC approval.
5. Fabrication — reusable structures, responsibly chosen finishes and branding built and quality-checked under our control.
6. Pre-build and QA — trial assembly, graphics fitting and electrical testing before transport.
7. On-site installation — supervised build at ADNEC during official build-up, handed over show-ready.
8. Show-day support and dismantling — standby team on call in Abu Dhabi, then clean dismantling, with reusable elements recovered for future use.
