Beautyworld Middle East 2027 at a glance

Beautyworld Middle East is the largest beauty, hair, fragrance and wellness trade fair in the region, organised by Messe Frankfurt at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The 2025 edition drew more than 71,000 professionals from 164 countries and over 2,000 exhibitors; the 2026 edition runs 6–8 October, and Beautyworld Middle East 2027 is expected to follow the same October cadence at DWTC, with exact dates confirmed by the organiser closer to the event.

The show spans the full beauty supply chain — fragrance and perfumery, cosmetics and skincare, hair and nails, beauty technology and packaging — across dedicated halls, alongside live artistry stages and the Next in Fragrance programme. With the Middle East holding one of the highest per-capita beauty spends in the world, it is the key regional launchpad for brands targeting GCC retail and distribution.

Beauty is a category where the stand itself is part of the product. SOL Dubai designs and builds Beautyworld stands at DWTC that look as considered as the brands they showcase — polished, well-lit and built to pull buyers off a crowded aisle and into a conversation.

Why your Beautyworld stand is part of your brand

In beauty, presentation is credibility. Buyers and distributors judge a brand partly on how its products are staged, lit and finished — a fragrance or skincare line on a cheap, flat stand undersells itself before a word is spoken. Premium finishes, flattering lighting and clean product staging do real commercial work here.

At the same time, Beautyworld is busy and visual, and your stand has to stop traffic. The strongest stands combine an eye-catching, on-brand frontage with comfortable space to test product, sample fragrance and sit down with serious retail buyers. We design for that balance of attraction and conversion on every beauty project.

Our Beautyworld stand build process

Every Beautyworld project runs through our disciplined eight-stage process so nothing is left to chance before doors open:

  1. Discovery and brief — we map your products, sampling and testing needs, retail-buyer meeting requirements and budget, and confirm your hall, stand number and dimensions at DWTC.
  2. Concept and 3D design — photorealistic visuals and a floor plan showing branding, product staging, testing counters and meeting flow.
  3. Costing and approval — a fixed, fully itemised quotation with no hidden extras.
  4. Venue approvals and technical drawings — structural, electrical and rigging submissions prepared for DWTC approval.
  5. Fabrication in our Dubai workshop — joinery, display counters, lightboxes and branding built and quality-checked in-house.
  6. Pre-build and QA — trial assembly, graphics fitting and full electrical and lighting testing before shipping.
  7. On-site installation — supervised build during official build-up, handed over show-ready.
  8. Show-day support and dismantling — standby team on call, then clean dismantling and clearance.

Materials and construction

Beauty stands depend on finish and light above all. We build with timber-framed custom walls for seamless painted surfaces, premium laminates, solid-surface and glass counters, and back-lit tension-fabric (SEG) and acrylic lightboxes that make product and brand glow. Mirror, gloss and metallic accents are used where the brand calls for a luxury feel.

Lighting is engineered, not afterthought — warm, even, flattering illumination on testing counters and feature walls, with accent lighting on hero products. Glazed display cabinets present fragrance and skincare securely, raised platform flooring conceals services, and durable finishes keep the stand pristine through three days of constant handling and testing.

Beauty-sector stand requirements

Beauty exhibitors carry particular needs: testing and sampling areas with the right surfaces and, for some, hand-wash access; secure, attractive display for valuable fragrance and cosmetic product; flattering lighting that shows colour and texture honestly; and comfortable space for retail-buyer and distributor meetings. For hair and nails brands, live demonstration areas with power and seating are often central.

We design all of this in from the start — dedicated testing counters, glazed product display, engineered lighting, demo seating where needed and a discreet store for stock and packaging. The result is a stand that both attracts browsing visitors and supports the serious sourcing conversations that make Beautyworld worthwhile.

Stand options and pricing

We build every Beautyworld format. Upgraded shell-scheme packages suit smaller or first-time exhibitors who want premium branding, lighting and a testing counter. Custom single-storey stands give you a bespoke, on-brand layout with display, testing and meeting areas. Double-decker stands let major beauty houses and pavilions add an upstairs hospitality or meeting floor above an open product showcase.

Custom Beautyworld stand design and build starts from AED 1,650 per square metre, with the final figure shaped by size, structure, the level of premium finish and lighting, glazed display and AV. Every quotation is fixed and itemised, and full-service delivery gives you one accountable team from concept through dismantling.

Why beauty brands choose SOL Dubai for Beautyworld

We are a Dubai exhibition stand builder with our own design studio and UAE workshop, building polished, finish-critical stands at DWTC including for the beauty sector. We understand the venue, the Messe Frankfurt show's approval process, and the premium presentation that beauty buyers expect.

Clients get in-house build quality, a single accountable team and a price that holds from quotation to final invoice. For fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, hair and nails brands launching into the GCC at the region's biggest beauty event, our local presence and full-service control keep a finish-critical stand on brand and on budget.

Building at Dubai World Trade Centre: the rules that shape your Beautyworld Middle East 2027 stand

Beautyworld Middle East 2027 is governed by the Dubai World Trade Centre’s own technical regulations. Get them right and your stand goes up cleanly; miss a submission and you lose build time, not just money. We design to all of this from the first sketch and file the paperwork for you.

Permit to Build

Every stand needs a DWTC Stand Permit to Build (PTB) before construction. We prepare and submit it so your build is cleared to start on day one of build-up.

Height & “complex” structures

Standard custom builds work to around 4m. Taller builds and anything DWTC classes as complex — double-deckers, long spans, or stands where the travel distance to an exit exceeds 10m — trigger structural-engineer clearance through DWTC’s Organiser+ portal before the Permit to Build is released, and the engineer can halt an unsafe build on site.

Double-deckers

A two-storey stand needs certified structural calculations, a Double-Deck health-and-safety declaration, a displayed maximum-occupancy figure and code-compliant staircases — at least 1m wide with handrails, and a second staircase once an upper deck passes ~200 sqm or sits over 25m from the stairs.

Electrical power

All mains power is supplied by DWTC’s official Electrical Contractor and ordered in advance — you can’t self-wire mains. We design the scheme and order it, including 24-hour power where your stand needs it.

Rigging & suspended elements

Banners and lighting rigs hung from the hall are subject to DWTC approval and load limits and ordered ahead of tenancy. We prepare and file the rigging submission on time.

Fixings & fire-safe materials

Nothing may be fixed to the floors, walls, ceilings or structural steel, and all materials must be fire-retardant — Perspex is prohibited (Lexan and Macralon are accepted). We complete and inspect finishes in our workshop, so the on-site crew assembles an approved build.

Accreditation & deadlines

Every contractor needs a DWTC Contractor+ digital badge and PPE is mandatory. Structural, rigging and electrical submissions run weeks ahead of build-up, and late orders attract surcharges — we manage the badges and the deadlines.

01

Permit to Build gates everything — file the structural calcs early

At DWTC nothing gets built without a Permit to Build, and for any complex or double-deck stand that permit depends on structural calculations clearing the DWTC engineer. We submit on Organiser+ the week the design is signed off — a late structural file, not the build, is what most often delays a stand.

02

Mains power is DWTC’s to supply — order it, don’t wire it

All mains electrical comes from DWTC’s official contractor and is ordered in advance. We book power — including 24-hour supply where a stand needs it — at the advance rate so nothing is sitting dead on opening morning.

03

Finish in the workshop — Perspex won’t pass

Only fire-retardant materials are allowed and Perspex is specifically prohibited (we use Lexan or Macralon). We complete and inspect every finish at our workshop, so the on-site crew assembles an approved build instead of fabricating in the hall.

04

Lock the slot early

DWTC’s calendar is packed, so build-up slots, rigging and power book out and late orders cost more. We secure your space-only window and order services at the advance rate.

Common mistakes, in order of frequency

  1. An oversized logo on the back wall that crowds out the one-line proposition a buyer reads in three seconds.
  2. The same graphic on the front and side panels of an inline stand — the aisle-facing side panel is your most wasted surface.
  3. A counter or sign at the very front that blocks the sightline into the stand and stops buyers stepping in.
  4. Under-ordering power — no 24-hour supply for fridges, screens or live demos, so the stand isn’t ready on opening morning.
  5. Leaving structural, rigging and electrical orders until after the venue deadlines and paying avoidable surcharges.
FAQ

Beautyworld Middle East 2027 stand questions, answered

Real answers with real numbers — including the venue’s build rules. Click any question to expand.

When and where is Beautyworld Middle East 2027?
Beautyworld Middle East is organised by Messe Frankfurt at the Dubai World Trade Centre and is the largest beauty, hair, fragrance and wellness trade fair in the region. The 2026 edition runs from 6 to 8 October, and Beautyworld Middle East 2027 is expected to follow the same October cadence at DWTC, with exact 2027 dates confirmed by the organiser closer to the event. The show spans fragrance and perfumery, cosmetics and skincare, hair and nails, beauty tech and packaging, and draws tens of thousands of trade buyers and distributors from across the GCC and beyond. SOL Dubai builds at DWTC and can confirm design and logistics implications once your stand space is allocated.
How much does a Beautyworld stand cost in Dubai?
Custom Beautyworld Middle East stand design and build with SOL Dubai starts from AED 1,650 per square metre. Because beauty is a finish-critical category, the final figure is shaped heavily by the level of premium finish, lighting and glazed display you want, along with the size of your space, single-storey or double-decker structure, and AV and branding. A compact upgraded shell scheme costs far less than a large luxury custom build with feature lighting and a private meeting room. We provide a fixed, fully itemised quotation once we understand your products and objectives, and because we design and build in-house, the figure you approve is the figure you pay, with no hidden subcontractor mark-ups.
Can you create a premium, luxury look for a beauty brand?
Yes — it is central to our beauty-sector work. A luxury beauty look comes from finish quality and engineered lighting, not decoration. We build with timber-framed seamless painted walls, premium laminates, solid-surface and glass counters, mirror and metallic accents where the brand calls for them, and back-lit lightboxes that make product glow. We engineer warm, even, flattering lighting on testing counters and hero products so colour and texture read honestly. Glazed cabinets present fragrance and cosmetics securely and beautifully. The result is a stand that looks as considered as the brand it showcases, which directly supports the credibility your retail-buyer conversations depend on.
Can you include testing, sampling and live demo areas?
Yes, and most beauty stands need them. We design dedicated testing and sampling counters with the right surfaces and, where required, plumbed hand-wash access. For hair and nails brands, we build live demonstration areas with proper power, seating and lighting so artistry can run in front of an audience. We also plan a discreet back-of-house store for stock, testers and packaging so the front of house stays clean and inviting. All of this is designed in from the start so your team can sample, demonstrate and sell smoothly across all three days rather than improvising around a stand that wasn't planned for it.
How tall can my Beautyworld Middle East 2027 stand be, and do I need structural approval?
Standard custom builds work to around 4m. Taller builds and complex structures — double-deckers, long spans, or stands where the travel distance to an exit exceeds 10m — need structural-engineer clearance through DWTC’s Organiser+ portal before your Permit to Build is released. We prepare and submit the full package in-house.
Who handles the Dubai World Trade Centre permits and approvals?
We do, start to finish. Every stand at DWTC needs a Stand Permit to Build, and complex or double-deck stands need structural calculations cleared by the DWTC engineer first. We prepare the drawings, submit on Organiser+ and manage the approval so you don’t deal with the venue’s technical desk.
Can I get power and 24-hour supply for my stand?
All mains power at DWTC is supplied by the venue’s official Electrical Contractor and ordered in advance — you can’t self-wire mains. We design the scheme and order it, including 24-hour supply for fridges, screens or demos.
Can I hang a banner or lighting rig above my stand?
Yes, but suspended rigging is subject to venue approval and load limits and must be ordered ahead of tenancy. We design within the limits and file the rigging order on time so it’s approved without a last-minute surcharge.
How much does a Beautyworld Middle East 2027 stand cost?
A full-service Beautyworld Middle East 2027 stand starts from AED 950/sqm for a modular build, AED 1,650/sqm for a bespoke custom stand, and AED 2,400/sqm and up for large or double-decker builds. Every quote is fixed and all-inclusive with a free 3D concept.
When is Beautyworld Middle East 2027 and how early should I book?
Beautyworld Middle East 2027 returns in 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed). Because the best stand positions and production slots go early, we recommend starting 8–14 weeks ahead — earlier for a large or double-decker build.
What’s included in a full-service Beautyworld Middle East 2027 stand?
Everything to get you show-ready on one quote: custom 3D design, in-house fabrication and pre-build approval, full graphics, delivery to Dubai World Trade Centre, install and dismantle, the DWTC Permit to Build and H&S paperwork, electrical and rigging ordered on your behalf, and a dedicated project manager.
Do you build double-decker stands at Dubai World Trade Centre?
Yes — double-deckers are a specialism. A two-storey stand roughly adds 1.5 times your usable space with an upstairs lounge or meeting floor, and needs certified structural calculations, a displayed maximum-occupancy figure and code-compliant staircases (a Double-Deck H&S form and DWTC structural sign-off). We engineer, certify and build it in-house.
Do you provide on-site support during Beautyworld Middle East 2027?
Yes. Our team is on call across all show days for anything from a graphic touch-up to an electrical or AV fix, and larger stands get a dedicated on-site project lead.
What happens to the stand after Beautyworld Middle East 2027?
We dismantle and clear the space, and can store reusable elements for your next edition and refresh the graphics — so you’re not paying to rebuild from scratch each year.
