We prepare and submit the structural, electrical and heavy-load drawings DWTC requires, and we coordinate the build-up so your machinery is delivered, rigged and running on schedule alongside the stand build. Is Gulf Print & Pack held every year?

No — Gulf Print & Pack is a biennial event, held once every two years at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Standard custom builds work to around 4m. Taller builds and complex structures — double-deckers, long spans, or stands where the travel distance to an exit exceeds 10m — need structural-engineer clearance through DWTC’s Organiser+ portal before your Permit to Build is released. We prepare and submit the full package in-house.

Who handles the Dubai World Trade Centre permits and approvals?

We do, start to finish. Every stand at DWTC needs a Stand Permit to Build, and complex or double-deck stands need structural calculations cleared by the DWTC engineer first. We prepare the drawings, submit on Organiser+ and manage the approval so you don’t deal with the venue’s technical desk.

Can I get power and 24-hour supply for my stand?

All mains power at DWTC is supplied by the venue’s official Electrical Contractor and ordered in advance — you can’t self-wire mains. We design the scheme and order it, including 24-hour supply for fridges, screens or demos.

Can I hang a banner or lighting rig above my stand?

Yes, but suspended rigging is subject to venue approval and load limits and must be ordered ahead of tenancy. We design within the limits and file the rigging order on time so it’s approved without a last-minute surcharge.
