Intersec Dubai 2027 at a glance
Intersec is the world's leading trade fair for security, safety and fire protection, organised by Messe Frankfurt Middle East at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). The 2027 edition takes place 12–14 January 2027. Running since 1999, the show fills more than a dozen halls with over 1,400 exhibitors and draws 50,000-plus visitors from more than 140 countries.
Intersec covers the full spectrum of the sector: commercial and perimeter security, cybersecurity, homeland and critical-infrastructure security, fire and rescue, safety and health, and smart-city solutions, with the MENA security market projected to reach over $150 billion by 2030. Its audience is the sector's decision-makers — government officials, integrators, critical-infrastructure operators and enterprise buyers. What an Intersec stand has to do
This is a technical sourcing show where buyers evaluate security and safety systems for real deployment. The stand has to demonstrate technology convincingly — cameras, access control, fire systems, cyber and command platforms — ideally live, and present it clearly enough for technical evaluation. With government and critical-infrastructure buyers in the audience, the stand also has to project the seriousness and reliability a security supplier needs.
Beyond demonstration, Intersec is where significant procurement conversations happen, so meeting space is important. Every Dubai project runs through our disciplined eight-stage process, handled start to finish in-house:
- Discovery and brief — we map your technology, live-demonstration and screen needs, meeting requirements and budget, and confirm hall, stand number and dimensions at DWTC.
- Concept and 3D design — photorealistic visuals and a floor plan balancing technology demonstration, branding and meeting space.
- Costing and approval — a fixed, fully itemised quotation covering structure, power, AV and logistics.
- Venue approvals and technical drawings — structural and electrical submissions prepared for DWTC approval.
- Fabrication — structure, demonstration areas, joinery and branding built and quality-checked in our own workshop.
- Pre-build and QA — trial assembly, AV and demonstration integration and full testing before show build-up.
- On-site installation — supervised build at DWTC during official build-up, handed over show-ready.
- Show-day support and dismantling — standby team on call, then clean dismantling and clearance.
Materials and construction
Security and safety stands combine technical demonstration with a credible, professional finish. We build with timber-framed custom walls, tension-fabric and acrylic lightboxes and illuminated 3D logos for a precise, corporate look; demonstration zones with correctly rated power and cable management for live systems; and screens and video walls to present command platforms, analytics and cyber capability clearly.
Where private discussion is needed, we build enclosed or semi-enclosed meeting rooms with proper separation.
