Private Label Middle East 2027 at a glance

Private Label Middle East (PLME) is the only dedicated private-label, licensing and contract-manufacturing trade fair in the MENA region, organised by the Dubai World Trade Centre. The 2026 edition runs 15–17 September in DWTC's Za'abeel Halls, alongside ISM Middle East, drawing over 7,500 trade buyers from more than 80 countries. PLME 2027 is expected to follow the same September cadence, with exact dates confirmed by the organiser closer to the event.

The show connects retailers and brand owners with manufacturers across food and beverage, beauty and personal care, health and wellness, and household and cleaning products. Its buyer list reads like the region's retail elite — Amazon, Carrefour, Aldi, Lulu, Landmark and more — all sourcing products to sell under their own brands.

PLME is a high-intent sourcing show, and a manufacturer's stand has to communicate capability fast. SOL Dubai designs and builds PLME stands at DWTC that present your products and manufacturing credentials clearly, with the meeting space serious retail buyers expect.

What a Private Label stand has to communicate

PLME buyers are not browsing for brands — they are evaluating manufacturers who can produce quality product, at volume, to their specification. Your stand has to signal exactly that: clean, professional, product-forward, and credible. A cluttered or generic stand undercuts the impression of a capable, scalable supplier.

Because buyers come to qualify suppliers through detailed conversations, meeting space matters more here than at many shows. The strongest PLME stands pair clear product and capability display with comfortable, semi-private areas where a buyer can sit down, review samples and discuss specifications, volumes and pricing. We design for both the first impression and the closing conversation.

Our Private Label stand build process

Every PLME project runs through our disciplined eight-stage process so nothing is left to chance before doors open:

  1. Discovery and brief — we map your product range, sampling needs, meeting requirements and budget, and confirm your hall, stand number and dimensions at DWTC.
  2. Concept and 3D design — photorealistic visuals and a floor plan balancing product and capability display with private meeting space.
  3. Costing and approval — a fixed, fully itemised quotation with no hidden extras.
  4. Venue approvals and technical drawings — structural, electrical and (where relevant) refrigeration submissions prepared for DWTC approval.
  5. Fabrication in our Dubai workshop — joinery, display, counters and branding built and quality-checked in-house.
  6. Pre-build and QA — trial assembly, graphics fitting and full electrical testing before shipping.
  7. On-site installation — supervised build during official build-up, handed over show-ready.
  8. Show-day support and dismantling — standby team on call, then clean dismantling and clearance.

Materials and construction

PLME spans food and non-food product, so we build for whatever you stage. Structures use timber-framed custom walls for a seamless, professional finish; surfaces are durable laminates and solid-surface counters; and branding is delivered through back-lit tension-fabric (SEG) lightboxes and illuminated 3D logos that present a credible, capable image.

Where food or chilled product is sampled, we integrate food-safe surfaces and, if needed, refrigeration with proper power designed in. Glazed display presents product ranges attractively, raised platform flooring conceals services, and we finish to a clean, professional standard that reinforces the impression of a serious manufacturing partner.

Private-label and FMCG stand requirements

Private-label manufacturers carry particular needs: clear display of a often-wide product range; the ability to present manufacturing capability and certifications credibly; sampling where food or personal-care product is involved; and substantial, semi-private meeting space for the detailed supplier-qualification conversations buyers run on.

We design for all of it — organised product display, a capability and credentials wall, sampling surfaces where needed, and comfortable meeting areas with enough privacy for specification and pricing discussions. We also plan a discreet store for samples and literature. The result is a stand that presents you as the capable, scalable supplier retail buyers are there to find.

Stand options and pricing

We build every PLME format. Upgraded shell-scheme packages suit smaller manufacturers who want clean branding, product display and a meeting point. Custom single-storey stands give you a bespoke layout with range display, a capability wall and private meeting areas. Double-decker stands let major manufacturers and country pavilions add an upstairs meeting or hospitality floor above an open product showcase.

Custom PLME stand design and build starts from AED 1,650 per square metre, with the final figure shaped by size, structure, the number of meeting rooms, the amount of display and any sampling or refrigeration, plus AV and branding. Every quotation is fixed and itemised, and full-service delivery gives you one accountable team from concept through dismantling.

Why manufacturers choose SOL Dubai for PLME

We are a Dubai exhibition stand builder with our own design studio and UAE workshop, building credible, meeting-led stands at DWTC including for FMCG and private-label exhibitors. We understand the venue, the show's approval process, and how to present a manufacturer as a capable, scalable partner.

Clients get in-house build quality, a single accountable team and a price that holds from quotation to final invoice. For manufacturers meeting the region's biggest retail buyers at MENA's only dedicated private-label fair, our local presence and full-service control keep a credibility-critical stand on point and on budget.

Building at Dubai World Trade Centre: the rules that shape your Private Label Middle East 2027 stand

Private Label Middle East 2027 is governed by the Dubai World Trade Centre’s own technical regulations. Get them right and your stand goes up cleanly; miss a submission and you lose build time, not just money. We design to all of this from the first sketch and file the paperwork for you.

Permit to Build

Every stand needs a DWTC Stand Permit to Build (PTB) before construction. We prepare and submit it so your build is cleared to start on day one of build-up.

Height & “complex” structures

Standard custom builds work to around 4m. Taller builds and anything DWTC classes as complex — double-deckers, long spans, or stands where the travel distance to an exit exceeds 10m — trigger structural-engineer clearance through DWTC’s Organiser+ portal before the Permit to Build is released, and the engineer can halt an unsafe build on site.

Double-deckers

A two-storey stand needs certified structural calculations, a Double-Deck health-and-safety declaration, a displayed maximum-occupancy figure and code-compliant staircases — at least 1m wide with handrails, and a second staircase once an upper deck passes ~200 sqm or sits over 25m from the stairs.

Electrical power

All mains power is supplied by DWTC’s official Electrical Contractor and ordered in advance — you can’t self-wire mains. We design the scheme and order it, including 24-hour power where your stand needs it.

Rigging & suspended elements

Banners and lighting rigs hung from the hall are subject to DWTC approval and load limits and ordered ahead of tenancy. We prepare and file the rigging submission on time.

Fixings & fire-safe materials

Nothing may be fixed to the floors, walls, ceilings or structural steel, and all materials must be fire-retardant — Perspex is prohibited (Lexan and Macralon are accepted). We complete and inspect finishes in our workshop, so the on-site crew assembles an approved build.

Accreditation & deadlines

Every contractor needs a DWTC Contractor+ digital badge and PPE is mandatory. Structural, rigging and electrical submissions run weeks ahead of build-up, and late orders attract surcharges — we manage the badges and the deadlines.

01

Permit to Build gates everything — file the structural calcs early

At DWTC nothing gets built without a Permit to Build, and for any complex or double-deck stand that permit depends on structural calculations clearing the DWTC engineer. We submit on Organiser+ the week the design is signed off — a late structural file, not the build, is what most often delays a stand.

02

Mains power is DWTC’s to supply — order it, don’t wire it

All mains electrical comes from DWTC’s official contractor and is ordered in advance. We book power — including 24-hour supply where a stand needs it — at the advance rate so nothing is sitting dead on opening morning.

03

Finish in the workshop — Perspex won’t pass

Only fire-retardant materials are allowed and Perspex is specifically prohibited (we use Lexan or Macralon). We complete and inspect every finish at our workshop, so the on-site crew assembles an approved build instead of fabricating in the hall.

04

Lock the slot early

DWTC’s calendar is packed, so build-up slots, rigging and power book out and late orders cost more. We secure your space-only window and order services at the advance rate.

Common mistakes, in order of frequency

  1. An oversized logo on the back wall that crowds out the one-line proposition a buyer reads in three seconds.
  2. The same graphic on the front and side panels of an inline stand — the aisle-facing side panel is your most wasted surface.
  3. A counter or sign at the very front that blocks the sightline into the stand and stops buyers stepping in.
  4. Under-ordering power — no 24-hour supply for fridges, screens or live demos, so the stand isn’t ready on opening morning.
  5. Leaving structural, rigging and electrical orders until after the venue deadlines and paying avoidable surcharges.
FAQ

Private Label Middle East 2027 stand questions, answered

Real answers with real numbers — including the venue’s build rules. Click any question to expand.

When and where is Private Label Middle East 2027?
Private Label Middle East (PLME) is organised by the Dubai World Trade Centre and is the only dedicated private-label, licensing and contract-manufacturing fair in the MENA region. The 2026 edition runs from 15 to 17 September in DWTC's Za'abeel Halls, alongside ISM Middle East, and PLME 2027 is expected to follow the same September cadence, with exact dates confirmed by the organiser closer to the event. The show connects manufacturers with retailers and brand owners across food and beverage, beauty and personal care, health and wellness, and household products — including major buyers such as Amazon, Carrefour, Aldi and Lulu. SOL Dubai builds at DWTC and can confirm logistics once your space is allocated.
How much does a Private Label Middle East stand cost?
Custom PLME stand design and build with SOL Dubai starts from AED 1,650 per square metre. Because PLME is a meeting-led sourcing show, the number and size of private meeting areas often shapes the final figure, along with the size of your space, single-storey or double-decker structure, the amount of product display, any sampling or refrigeration, and AV and branding. A compact upgraded shell scheme costs far less than a large custom stand with multiple meeting rooms and a capability wall. We provide a fixed, fully itemised quotation once we understand your range and objectives, and because we design and build in-house, the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
How do you present manufacturing capability on the stand?
Private-label buyers are qualifying suppliers, not browsing brands, so presenting capability credibly is central. We design a dedicated capability and credentials area — a wall or feature that communicates your facilities, certifications, capacity and quality standards clearly — alongside organised, attractive display of your product range. We pair that with comfortable, semi-private meeting areas where buyers can review samples and discuss specifications, volumes and pricing in detail. The whole stand is built to a clean, professional standard that signals a capable, scalable manufacturing partner. We plan this with you at the design stage so your stand makes the right first impression and supports the in-depth conversations that win listings.
Can you build for both Private Label and ISM Middle East?
Yes. PLME and ISM Middle East run concurrently at the Dubai World Trade Centre — the 2026 editions of both take place 15 to 17 September — so many exhibitors and buyers move between them. SOL Dubai builds for both shows and understands how the two audiences flow through the venue. If you are exhibiting at both, or want your PLME stand positioned to capture visitors crossing from the confectionery halls, we can advise on design and placement to make the most of the combined footfall. Working with one stand builder across both shows also simplifies your logistics, approvals and budget into a single accountable point of contact.
How tall can my Private Label Middle East 2027 stand be, and do I need structural approval?
Standard custom builds work to around 4m. Taller builds and complex structures — double-deckers, long spans, or stands where the travel distance to an exit exceeds 10m — need structural-engineer clearance through DWTC’s Organiser+ portal before your Permit to Build is released. We prepare and submit the full package in-house.
Who handles the Dubai World Trade Centre permits and approvals?
We do, start to finish. Every stand at DWTC needs a Stand Permit to Build, and complex or double-deck stands need structural calculations cleared by the DWTC engineer first. We prepare the drawings, submit on Organiser+ and manage the approval so you don’t deal with the venue’s technical desk.
Can I get power and 24-hour supply for my stand?
All mains power at DWTC is supplied by the venue’s official Electrical Contractor and ordered in advance — you can’t self-wire mains. We design the scheme and order it, including 24-hour supply for fridges, screens or demos.
Can I hang a banner or lighting rig above my stand?
Yes, but suspended rigging is subject to venue approval and load limits and must be ordered ahead of tenancy. We design within the limits and file the rigging order on time so it’s approved without a last-minute surcharge.
How much does a Private Label Middle East 2027 stand cost?
A full-service Private Label Middle East 2027 stand starts from AED 950/sqm for a modular build, AED 1,650/sqm for a bespoke custom stand, and AED 2,400/sqm and up for large or double-decker builds. Every quote is fixed and all-inclusive with a free 3D concept.
When is Private Label Middle East 2027 and how early should I book?
Private Label Middle East 2027 returns in 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed). Because the best stand positions and production slots go early, we recommend starting 8–14 weeks ahead — earlier for a large or double-decker build.
What’s included in a full-service Private Label Middle East 2027 stand?
Everything to get you show-ready on one quote: custom 3D design, in-house fabrication and pre-build approval, full graphics, delivery to Dubai World Trade Centre, install and dismantle, the DWTC Permit to Build and H&S paperwork, electrical and rigging ordered on your behalf, and a dedicated project manager.
Do you build double-decker stands at Dubai World Trade Centre?
Yes — double-deckers are a specialism. A two-storey stand roughly adds 1.5 times your usable space with an upstairs lounge or meeting floor, and needs certified structural calculations, a displayed maximum-occupancy figure and code-compliant staircases (a Double-Deck H&S form and DWTC structural sign-off). We engineer, certify and build it in-house.
Do you provide on-site support during Private Label Middle East 2027?
Yes. Our team is on call across all show days for anything from a graphic touch-up to an electrical or AV fix, and larger stands get a dedicated on-site project lead.
What happens to the stand after Private Label Middle East 2027?
We dismantle and clear the space, and can store reusable elements for your next edition and refresh the graphics — so you’re not paying to rebuild from scratch each year.
