WAM Saudi 2027 at a glance

WAM Saudi — World Advanced Manufacturing & Logistics — is the Kingdom's flagship event for advanced manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and next-generation technology, organised by KAOUN International (a Dubai World Trade Centre company, also behind GITEX) in association with GITEX Global and in partnership with MODON, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones. The 2026 edition ran 15–17 February at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC); the 2027 dates should be confirmed with the organiser. Recent editions have drawn over 20,000 professionals, 150-plus startups and 350-plus exhibitors from 45-plus countries.

WAM Saudi is delivered through three pillars — a conference, an investor programme and a startup zone — and is co-located with World Advanced Logistics, World Industrial Materials, World Advanced Packaging & Printing and the World Digital Food Hub. It covers smart manufacturing, automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, AI and digital transformation, central to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 industrial diversification.

This is a tech-forward industrial show where stands must look advanced and demonstrate technology. SOL Dubai builds in Saudi Arabia as well as the UAE, designing WAM Saudi stands that present innovation convincingly and handling RFECC approvals, cross-border logistics and installation as one service.

What a WAM Saudi stand has to do

WAM Saudi sits at the intersection of industry and technology, so the stand has to feel advanced and demonstrate capability. Buyers, investors and government stakeholders come to evaluate smart-manufacturing systems, robotics, automation and digital solutions, and the stand has to present them clearly — often with live demonstration or interactive technology — while signalling the innovation the event is about.

Because WAM combines an expo with an investor programme and conference, the stand also has to support serious business: meeting space for partner, client and investor conversations. The strongest WAM stands combine an advanced, technology-forward presence with clear demonstration and meeting space. We design for both the innovation showcase and the business.

Our WAM Saudi stand build process

Every Riyadh project runs through our disciplined eight-stage process, coordinated for a Saudi build at RFECC:

  1. Discovery and brief — we map your technology and machinery, demonstration and interactive needs, meeting and investor-engagement requirements and budget, and confirm hall, stand number and dimensions at RFECC.
  2. Concept and 3D design — photorealistic visuals and a floor plan balancing an advanced, technology-forward presence, demonstration and meeting space, with bilingual Arabic and English branding.
  3. Costing and approval — a fixed, fully itemised quotation covering structure, AV, power and cross-border logistics.
  4. Venue approvals and technical drawings — structural, electrical and load submissions prepared for RFECC approval.
  5. Fabrication — structure, demo and interactive zones, screen walls and branding built and quality-checked under our control, with logistics to Riyadh planned in.
  6. Pre-build and QA — trial assembly, AV and interactive integration and testing before transport.
  7. On-site installation — supervised build at RFECC during official build-up, handed over show-ready.
  8. Show-day support and dismantling — standby team on call in Riyadh, then clean dismantling and clearance.

Materials and construction

Advanced-manufacturing stands combine industrial engineering with a forward-looking, technology-led aesthetic. We build load-bearing bases for machinery and robotics where needed, with correctly rated power and cable management for live demonstration; large-format LED and screen walls to present digital systems, data and capability; and a clean, modern, advanced finish that signals innovation.

Interactive and demo stations let visitors engage with smart-manufacturing and automation technology directly. Branding is delivered through illuminated and dimensional elements, raised platform flooring conceals the power and data cabling tech and machinery generate, and bilingual Arabic and English branding is integrated throughout.

Advanced-manufacturing stand requirements

WAM Saudi exhibitors carry distinctive needs: an advanced, technology-forward presence; demonstration and interactive zones for smart-manufacturing, robotics and automation technology, with the power and data they require; large screens and LED for digital systems and data; and meeting space for the investor, partner and client conversations the event's investor programme drives. Bilingual Arabic and English branding matters with a predominantly Saudi and international audience.

We design for all of it — a modern, advanced finish, powered demonstration and interactive zones, screen and LED presentation and serious meeting space — and we manage the RFECC approval and cross-border logistics a Riyadh build requires. Because WAM is co-located with several sister shows, we can coordinate a presence across them if you exhibit at more than one.

Stand options and pricing

We build every WAM Saudi format. Compact stands give startups and smaller brands an advanced, interactive presence and a meeting point. Custom single-storey stands give established companies a bespoke layout with demonstration and interactive zones, screen walls and meeting space. Larger pavilion and double-decker stands suit major manufacturers, technology brands and government entities wanting extensive demonstration and an upstairs meeting or investor-hosting floor.

Custom WAM Saudi stand design and build starts from AED 1,650 per square metre, with the final figure shaped by the level of demonstration and interactive technology, LED and AV, machinery staging, size, structure, cross-border logistics and branding. Every quotation is fixed and itemised, and full-service delivery gives you one accountable team handling design, build and the Riyadh logistics from concept through dismantling.

Why advanced-manufacturing brands choose SOL Dubai for Riyadh

We are a UAE exhibition stand builder that designs and builds in Saudi Arabia as well as the Emirates, handling RFECC Riyadh stands start to finish — design, fabrication, the venue approval process, cross-border logistics and on-site installation. Technology-forward stands combining machinery, interactive demonstration and AV are exactly the kind of work our in-house team is set up for, and we also build for GITEX Global in Dubai — WAM Saudi's sister event under the same organiser.

Clients get in-house build quality, a single accountable team, bilingual Arabic-English branding capability, and a price that holds from quotation to final invoice. For advanced-manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and automation brands targeting the Kingdom's industrial transformation, our cross-border presence and full-service control keep a tech-forward build predictable and on budget.

Building at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC): the rules that shape your WAM Saudi 2027 stand

WAM Saudi 2027 is held at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC), and building in the Kingdom means two sign-offs, not one — the venue’s technical approval plus Saudi Civil Defense — and, for a stand fabricated in our Dubai workshop, customs clearance into Saudi Arabia. We manage all of it from the first sketch.

Venue & Civil Defense approval

Your stand drawings are reviewed and approved by the venue and by Saudi Civil Defense before build. We handle the technical submissions and approvals so you’re cleared to start on time.

Height & structures

Standard custom builds work to around 4m. Taller builds, double-deckers and mezzanines need structural calculations approved by the venue and Civil Defense before build.

Double-deckers

A two-storey stand needs certified structural calculations, a displayed maximum-occupancy figure, a health-and-safety plan and code-compliant staircases. We engineer, certify and submit the full package.

Fire-rated materials

Materials must be fire-rated to Saudi Civil Defense standards, with flame-spread documentation where required. We certify and complete finishes in our Dubai workshop.

Customs & temporary import

A stand fabricated in Dubai ships into the Kingdom under temporary-import/customs procedures. We manage the freight, customs paperwork and timelines so the stand clears and arrives ready to build.

Electrical & rigging

Mains power and rigging are ordered through the venue’s appointed contractors ahead of tenancy, including 24-hour supply where needed. We design within the limits and order it for you.

Accreditation & deadlines

Local contractor coordination, site accreditation and PPE are required, and submissions run weeks ahead of build-up. We lock your window and order venue services at the advance rate.

01

Two approvals, not one

In the Kingdom the venue and Saudi Civil Defense both sign off the drawings before build. We manage both submissions in parallel so neither becomes the thing that holds up build-up.

02

Customs is part of the timeline

A stand fabricated in our Dubai workshop ships into Saudi Arabia under temporary import, so customs is a build-up dependency, not an afterthought. We handle the freight and paperwork so the stand clears and arrives on schedule.

03

Fire-rated to Saudi standards

Materials must be fire-rated to Saudi Civil Defense standards with flame-spread documentation where required. We certify and complete finishes in our workshop before they ship.

04

Book early for Riyadh

Production slots and shipping windows into the Kingdom fill fast. We lock yours and order venue services at the advance rate so the timeline holds.

Common mistakes, in order of frequency

  1. An oversized logo on the back wall that crowds out the one-line proposition a buyer reads in three seconds.
  2. The same graphic on the front and side panels of an inline stand — the aisle-facing side panel is your most wasted surface.
  3. A counter or sign at the very front that blocks the sightline into the stand and stops buyers stepping in.
  4. Leaving shipping and customs into the Kingdom too late, so the stand arrives after build-up has started.
  5. Leaving structural, rigging and electrical orders until after the venue deadlines and paying avoidable surcharges.

WAM Saudi 2027 stand questions, answered

Real answers with real numbers — including the venue’s build rules. Click any question to expand.

When and where is WAM Saudi 2027?
WAM Saudi — World Advanced Manufacturing & Logistics — is the Kingdom's flagship advanced-manufacturing and Industry 4.0 event, organised by KAOUN International (a Dubai World Trade Centre company, also behind GITEX) in association with GITEX Global and in partnership with MODON. The 2026 edition ran 15–17 February at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC), drawing over 20,000 professionals, 150-plus startups and 350-plus exhibitors from 45-plus countries; we recommend confirming the exact 2027 dates with the organiser. It covers smart manufacturing, automation, robotics, additive manufacturing and AI, and is co-located with several sister shows. SOL Dubai builds at RFECC and handles the cross-border logistics and approvals for you.
Can you build advanced, technology-forward stands with live demonstration?
Yes — it is exactly what WAM Saudi calls for. We build a clean, modern, advanced finish that signals innovation, with demonstration and interactive zones where visitors can engage with smart-manufacturing, robotics and automation technology directly. Where you stage machinery or robotics, we engineer load-bearing bases and the correctly rated power and data live operation needs. We integrate large-format LED and screen walls to present digital systems, data and capability clearly. We test all AV, interactive and demonstration elements during pre-build in our workshop before transport, and a technical standby team stays with you through the show. We balance the technology showcase with meeting space for WAM's investor and partner conversations.
Do you also build at GITEX Global in Dubai?
Yes. WAM Saudi and GITEX Global share an organiser — KAOUN International, part of Dubai World Trade Centre — and WAM Saudi runs in association with GITEX. Many technology and advanced-manufacturing brands exhibit at both, and we build for each: WAM Saudi at RFECC in Riyadh and GITEX Global at the Dubai Exhibition Centre. A single team can coordinate both builds, keeping your branding consistent while tailoring each stand to its show and audience. For a brand running a regional technology strategy across the two events, that simplifies your design, logistics and budget. We handle the venue approvals, cross-border logistics and installation for both as one accountable service.
How much does a WAM Saudi stand cost?
Custom WAM Saudi stand design and build with SOL Dubai starts from AED 1,650 per square metre. Because WAM rewards a technology-forward presence with demonstration, the final figure is shaped by the level of interactive technology, LED and AV, any machinery or robotics staging, the size of your space, structure, cross-border logistics into Riyadh and branding. A compact startup stand sits near the entry rate, while a major manufacturer's pavilion with extensive demonstration, LED and an investor-hosting floor costs more. We provide a fixed, fully itemised quotation once we understand your technology and objectives, and because we manage the Saudi logistics ourselves, the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
How tall can my WAM Saudi 2027 stand be, and do I need structural approval?
Standard custom builds work to around 4m. Taller builds, double-deckers and mezzanines need structural calculations approved by the venue and Saudi Civil Defense before build. We prepare and submit the structural package in-house.
Who handles the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC) permits and approvals?
We do, start to finish — the venue’s technical approval and Saudi Civil Defense sign-off, plus the customs paperwork for a Dubai-fabricated stand. You don’t deal with the venue or customs desks yourself.
Can I get power and 24-hour supply for my stand?
Mains power is supplied through the venue’s appointed electrical contractor and ordered ahead. We design the lighting and power scheme and order it for you, including 24-hour supply where your stand needs it.
Can I hang a banner or lighting rig above my stand?
Yes, but suspended rigging is subject to venue approval and load limits and must be ordered ahead of tenancy. We design within the limits and file the rigging order on time so it’s approved without a last-minute surcharge.
How much does a WAM Saudi 2027 stand cost?
A full-service WAM Saudi 2027 stand starts from AED 950/sqm for a modular build, AED 1,650/sqm for a bespoke custom stand, and AED 2,400/sqm and up for large or double-decker builds. Every quote is fixed and all-inclusive with a free 3D concept. Freight and customs into the Kingdom are itemised separately.
When is WAM Saudi 2027 and how early should I book?
WAM Saudi 2027 returns in 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed). Because the best stand positions and production slots go early, we recommend starting 8–14 weeks ahead — earlier for a large or double-decker build.
What’s included in a full-service WAM Saudi 2027 stand?
Everything to get you show-ready on one quote: custom 3D design, in-house fabrication and pre-build approval, full graphics, delivery to Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC), install and dismantle, venue and Civil Defense approvals, electrical and rigging ordered on your behalf, and a dedicated project manager. Freight and customs into Saudi Arabia are handled and itemised.
Do you build double-decker stands at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC)?
Yes — double-deckers are a specialism. A two-storey stand roughly adds 1.5 times your usable space with an upstairs lounge or meeting floor, and needs certified structural calculations, a displayed maximum-occupancy figure and code-compliant staircases (venue and Saudi Civil Defense approval). We engineer, certify and build it in-house.
Do you handle shipping and customs into Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We fabricate in our Dubai workshop and ship into the Kingdom under temporary-import/customs procedures, managing the freight, paperwork and timelines so your stand clears and arrives ready to build.
Do you provide on-site support during WAM Saudi 2027?
Yes. Our team is on call across all show days for anything from a graphic touch-up to an electrical or AV fix, and larger stands get a dedicated on-site project lead.
What happens to the stand after WAM Saudi 2027?
We dismantle and clear the space, and can store reusable elements for your next edition and refresh the graphics — so you’re not paying to rebuild from scratch each year.
